Is there a script I can run to set the time zone for those users who do have Mac's? I've tried the following commands in Windows 2008 and neither work:Ĭontrol.exe TIMEDATE.CPL,/Z (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time (US & Canada) Tijuana Is MS ever going to figure out how to make Fine, the clock observes this time, but Outlook 2007 on the terminal server does not - all mail and calendar entries display the wrong time. Shows as "Unknown time zone" with the correct time off set. Using RDC v2.x on Macs which support this version displays the correct time in the system tray, however, the time zone I have remote users using Mac OS and see bugs in the RDC client/Terminal Server and I don't know how to correct this.įirst of all, there is the long standing bug with time zones when time zone redirection is turn on in policy on the terminal server. I have 4 Windows 2008 SP2 (non-R2) terminal servers in production. ![]()
